This review is not about the salesperson, although he did push us to buy a car without driving it first! He said they were having a contest in the dealership and his sales manager needed more sales. I fault the sales manager. They could not find the ‘keys’ but they both looked everywhere. They know we wanted to test drive the car, but we left since they could not find the keys; they called us later and said to come in and get a ‘red hot’ deal based on how we liked the drive the next morning, when they ‘found the keys.’ We were there for quite awhile. We had a trade-in. We negotiated, but it took awhile. We were left sitting for a long time. It amounted to the bottom line of course, and their bottom line was bring money down, and then that brought down the ‘bottom line’ on paper that we could see a lower number. We went to Borman Auto after this and drove a NEW car of the same make and model at the same price!! as their bottom line. The only difference was a step down in the trim package. After we said no, one of the sales managers (I assume) came out stopped us as we were driving away, and said the salesperson was not good and that he was wondering what he could do for a sale. We told him it was not the salesperson we had, but the tactics of the 'final deal' guy. He kept asking us about the price over and over again. It was not a pretty sight. In my opion, this dealership does not have any integrity. I would stay away, or BEWARE! of sales tactics, but mostly the ‘boss man of the final price’ tactics. What a sham!!!!
