2010 Audi Q5 Review
A singular price point is attached to the 2010 Audi Q5: $37,350. In competition with the Acura RDX, Lexus RX 350, Land Rover LR2, Mercedes Benz GLK-Class and the BMW X3, this newly designed crossover SUV is a combination of features presented on the A4 and A5. It may be late to arrive to the line-up, but it arrives loaded with standard features and looking quite fashionable indeed.
You can expect to get 18/23 mpg city/highway in the 2010 Q5 from Audi. With its 19.8 gallon fuel tank, prepare to travel right around 400 miles per fuel stop. It features a 3.2L 270hp V6 base gasoline engine with hybrid and diesel variant options. Standard Audi Quattro AWD is included. Its stock passive safety system includes loads of airbags even for rear passengers and an electronic stability control system that is actually able to decipher when something is strapped to the innovative roof rack system.
The Audi Q5 for 2010 features comfortable seating for five full grown adults. The rear seating reclines and slides to maximize occupant comfort. Optional luxury features include a convenient interface for iPod devices, a panoramic sunroof, 3-zone climate controls, Bluetooth/HomeLink, 3-dimensional navigation, rear cameras, voice activated entertainment, Advance Key and a lot more. In addition, its 29.1 cubic feet of luggage space is expandable up to 57.3 cubic feet by folding down the rear seating.
The Q5 for 2010 can also tow up to 4400 pounds, at least 900 pounds more than any of its class competitors. It provides all of this power while simultaneously delivering the best EPA ratings in its class. High quality materials, elegant style and practical functionality all combine to make the cabin of the Q5 Audi optimally enjoyable. Plastics and other synthetic materials are not utilized. Genuine leather, real wood and brushed aluminum all combine gracefully to cook up a very appreciable recipe for calming, classy ambience.
Overall exterior dimensions of the 2010 Audi Q5 are 182.2 inches in length, 74.0 inches in width and 65.1 inches in height. It clears the ground by 7.9 inches, weighs 4244 pounds and has a 110.5 inch wheelbase. Its singular trim is called the 3.2 Premium 4dr All-wheel Drive Quattro Sport Utility. Front passengers will experience 41 inches of headroom, 58 inches of shoulder room and 41 inches of legroom. Rear passenger measurements for spaciousness are very similar yet offer only 37.4 inches of legroom. Overall, the Q5 is hard to beat from just about any angle that you consider it.
