2010 Cadillac SRX Review

The 2010 Cadillac price, between $33330 and $47540, delivers 18/24 MPG (17/23 AWD) with its stock 3.0L 260hp direct-injection V6 engine. The 2010 Cadillac SRX lets you travel far between fillups while simultaneously offering you impressive off-road abilities, prestigious interior design and of course, unmistakable Cadillac style. You can also opt for a more powerful 2.8L 300hp direct-injected turbocharged V6 engine that takes you 15/21 miles to the gallon. Both engines perform excellently, however some experts claim that the base engine would do well to be at least slightly gutsier.

The Cadillac SRX has been totally redone for the 2010 model year. It has been shortened and now lacks its previously optional third row of seating. 2010 Cadillac SRX dealers are rightfully impressed with themselves due to the fact that this new crossover vehicle rides smoother than ever before. It also shows off a soft-touch interior that is as classy or more than that of the Lexus RX 350, the class leader. Exterior design is sharp looking, definitely upscale. It has been based upon the Provoq concept vehicle that tested and won considerable public approval last year. While it is not as large as its predecessor, it is in fact more luxurious.

Due to the missing optional third row of seating, the 2010 Cadillac SRX has a maximum occupancy of five adults. Cadillac now refers to the previous model SRX as a "confused wagon". That wagon is gone forever now. It is now referred to as being "pure crossover". The SRX has been designed and manufactured specifically to provide direct competition to the 2010 Lexis RX 350. It also sees notable competition from the Lincoln MRX. And with the recent declaration of bankruptcy from General Motors, the parent company of Cadillac, a lot is riding on the success of this new SRX.

The standard front wheel drive setup is able to be made into an AWD driving configuration if you would so opt. With either selection, fuel efficiency is rated better than previous models of the Cadillac SRX. It comes to you with your choice of 18 or 20 inch wheels. And the newly designed popup navigational screen is serving very well is a popular sell point. Mimicking the CTS, this new Cadillac crossover presents you with a steering wheel that is loaded down with various switches in controls. Climate controls, audio controls and more all rest directly at your fingertips. Positioned conveniently in the hub for the tachometer, you will find all vehicle information electronically displayed. Further, a tranquil LED glow shines discreetly from behind the black instruments on their white backgrounds.

To summarize, the all-new 2010 Cadillac SRX dealer financing offers you a superior performance rating, highly prestigious interior design standards, loads of luxury and superfresh styling. It's definitely worth your time to take a look - and a test drive. It's due to be released in the summer of 2009 and MSRPs have not yet been disclosed.
