The Laramies are equipped with a 5.7 liter HEMI V8 with 330 hp. All the 3500 models come standard with the 5.7 HEMI V8.

The 2007 Dodge Ram 1500 has a gross combined weight rating of 24,000 pounds. The 3500s, which have a commercial-grade frame, have a payload capacity of 6,650 lbs. and can tow up to 16,600 pounds.
