The new IS Lexus 2011 has received minimal changes since last year's version, but it has received an all-new front bumper and redesigned grill. It's also sporting new 17-inch wheels and a freshened fascia in the rear. The IS 250 is in competition for the segment's top spot with the Mercedes-Benz C-Class ($33,990), BMW 328 ($34,600) in the Infiniti G25 ($33,400). Excluding the cost of general maintenance, fuel and quality Lexus auto insurance, estimated monthly payments will range from $630 up to $700.
