The Lexus RX 350 made its appearance in 2007 as a Crossover sports utility vehicle. The RX 350 replaced the RX 330 in the Lexus lineup of vehicles. The RX 350 derives its power from a 3.5 Liter V5 engine that has 270 horsepower. The vehicle can be bought with either a front-wheel or an all-wheel drive system. The Lexus RX 350 achieves a speed of 60 miles per hour in 7.3 seconds with front-wheel drive and 7.4 seconds with all-wheel drive. The front-wheel drive version gets 20 miles per gallon in the city and 25 miles per gallon on highways, while the all-wheel drive version gets 19 miles per gallon in the city and 24 miles per gallon on highways.

The Lexus RX 350 is equipped with front seats that can be adjusted in 10 different ways with a touch of a button, mirrors that dim the lights of traffic, electric windows, stereo system controls that are located on the steering wheel and four seats in the back that can slide and be reclined. Equipment that can be added with the vehicle is a navigation system, headlights that are LED, a stereo system made by Mark Levinson and a DVD system for those seated in the back. All the options are available in the form of packages like the performance package which includes air suspension, 18 inch tires, leather seats and a moon roof that can be operated with the touch of a button. It is has airbags that are mounted in the front, side and those that protect the head of the passengers as well as one airbag that protects the knees of the passengers.
